Personal Training

  • A personal trainer is a great way to get a better grasp on your fitness journey.  Let our Gannon University certified personal trainers help you personalize a workout plan, learn how to use the machines, and use proper technique for exercises.  Schedule up to 10 sessions at a time.  Rates and more information are available at the front desk of the Recreation and Wellness Center.
