Gannon University’s Master of Athletic Training program prepares students to deliver patient-centered health care through classroom and clinical education experiences. Students study essential topics including injury prevention, clinical examination and diagnosis, acute care of injuries and illnesses, and more. Students will also be well prepared to sit for the national certification examination through the Board of Certification Inc. Athletic trainers work within a variety of health care settings including universities, hospitals and physician offices, industrial settings, performing arts, and more.
