The English as a Second Language Program is designed to meet the
needs of students who do not have an accepted English language
score. Students can enroll in the ESL program after they have taken
the language placement test. The students will be placed in a level
according to their placement score. New students complete an
extended cultural orientation in their first ESL session to help
them adjust to their new environment and begin to understand the
American culture.
The Gannon University Office of English Language and Global
