
- Entrepreneurship students have the opportunity to become a member of the Gannon Entrepreneurship Club.
- Students can serve as an entrepreneurship mentor to local high school students through the Americans for the Competitive Enterprise System (ACES) program.
- Students can compete to represent Gannon University at the Collegiate Innovation Showcase, a local competition in which students pitch their business ideas and products.
- The Dahlkemper School of Business was the first business school in northwestern Pennsylvania with both undergraduate and graduate programs to receive global accreditation by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP).
- The Dahlkemper School of Business delivers a values-centered business curriculum that provides students with advanced business knowledge through the development of critical-thinking skills, effective communication skills, ethics-based decision making, comprehension of global business concepts, leadership and team-building skills, and the desire to become a lifelong learner.
You Will Learn
The entrepreneur creates new ideas, products, business ventures, industries and markets by accepting risk and using initiative. The core idea that drives the entrepreneur is creating value for the customer by recognizing opportunities and identifying the resources needed to capture opportunities in the market. Entrepreneurship students will take a unique sequence of courses designed to stimulate creativity and develop the thought processes and skills required to turn a possibility into a reality.

You Will Experience
Students will experience an innovative education in the Center for Business Ingenuity, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and global software. Students will receive hands-on opportunities through internships and service-learning projects with local and national businesses, as well as through the unique collaboration between Gannon University’s Dahlkemper School of Business, Small Business Development Center and Erie Technology Incubator.

You Will Study
Students obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) are able to choose from 13 concentrations to prepare for a career in the field of their choice. Students also have the opportunity to complete the Master of Business Administration with one additional year of study through the five-year MBA program.
