My research interests are Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, Tax Avoidance, and State Ownership. Specifically, I analyze the interactions between tax avoidance, corporate policies, and corporate governance. My teaching interests are Corporate Finance, FinTech Theory and Practice (Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, and Machine Learning for financial prediction), and Investments.
