Since 2020 Courtney has served as the Online Engagement Coordinator at Gannon University. In this role, she supports students enrolled in fully online programs and implements initiatives and strategies to improve student success. In addition to her role in Distance Education, Courtney has also taught Political Science and History courses as an adjunct instructor for Gannon University and Mercyhurst University since 2014. When not engaging with students, Courtney can most often be found outside exploring nature with her husband and young daughter or in the kitchen trying to perfect a dessert to satisfy her sweet tooth.
