I am semi-native of Erie. For my first 15 years, I lived in Florida and then moved up here going into my sophomore year in high school. I have been in Erie/Waterford ever since. I graduated with my Bachelor's degree from Gannon in 2003. During my Junior year, I began to work at UPMC Hamot (a local level 2 trauma center) performing x-rays and CT scans, where I stayed for 17 years. While working, I obtained my Master's degree from Gannon in 2018 when I also began to teach.
I have a daughter and step-son. We live on the southern edge of Waterford on 11 acres. I enjoy reading and spending time with my daughter in her various activities. She is in multiple genres of dance and we are both active in Girl Scouts of Western Pennsylvania. (Where she has earned her Bronze award, Silver award and is currently working on her Gold award.) My husband works for a local renovation company and has several small businesses he owns.
My favorite place regionally is my own back yard. We have a beautiful view of sunsets every day. Overseas, I have visited various cities in Italy and would love to go back again.
