Documents Required for New Employment
All new colleagues hired by Gannon University must complete the following steps ON OR BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF EMPLOYMENT in order to finalize the employment process and for Gannon to be in compliance with United States federal regulations:
- Complete and return all employment forms to the Human Resources Department (HR).
- Completed employment forms and original acceptable form/s of unexpired identification (referenced below) must be reviewed by an authorized HR representative.
Once documents and supporting identification are received and reviewed by HR, new colleagues will:
- Receive an email from Gannon's ITS Department outlining instructions for access to the Gannon network and email.
- Go to the Office of Campus Police and Safety to obtain their Gannon ID.
