Through its Office of Learning Abroad, Gannon University offers
different types of study abroad programs in over ten countries,
with more in development every semester. Choose from semester
exchange programs, partnering universities, faculty-led study
trips, service learning opportunities and more.
Gannon University is committed to providing students with
learning opportunities that will ensure global awareness and
multicultural appreciation. In order to encourage students to study
abroad, the University awards scholarships to eligible students
based on merit and or need who will be participating in a learning
abroad program. The amount awarded is dependent on the applicant
pool, available funding, length and the duration of the intended
program. For further information about the Gannon University
Learning Abroad Scholarship Program contact Meagan McHugh at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Center for Social Concerns offers
numerous Alternative Break Service Trips every year over spring
break and following the end of the spring semester.
Gannon students have the opportunity to
participate in trips led by faculty members, some for course
Gannon students may go for a semester to select institutions. Eligible students may be able to use federal financial aid
and Gannon scholarships.
This innovative new program encourages students to live on campus in intentional communities, meet regularly to study a variety of topics together in partnership with two co-facilitators, and travel together to the international destination of their choice in the month of May.
