Graduate Student Housing

  • Whether you are a returning graduate student looking for new accommodation options or an incoming student requesting accommodations on campus, we have apartment-style University owned housing units.

  • Housing Selection Process

Step 1: Acceptance to Gannon University

Contact the Office of Graduate Admissions to learn if you have been accepted into graduate school.

    Step 2: Complete Housing Application

Beginning November 1, please visit the student portal at my.gannon.edu and click on myHousing. The graduate housing step-by-step guide will help you through the application process.

    Step 3: Submit Deposit

All new and returning graduate students must submit a $500 non-refundable housing deposit. The deposit will be retained on your account as a housing security deposit.

    Space is limited!

Assignments will be offered as space is available. Assignments are made in application/deposit-date order. Unfortunately, due to the demand for housing and the number
of beds that typically become available each year, the Office of Residence Life cannot guarantee that housing will be available for every applicant.Housing is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The earlier you submit a deposit and complete the application process, the better your chances are to receive your preferred accommodations.
