Harborview Apartments

  • Residence Overview

    Harborview is a unique building housing upperclass students in a variety of 2-, 3-, and 4-person living arrangements as well as several tenants. The building is co-ed, but the apartments are not. A Resident Director and Graduate Assistant provide supervision for the Harborview apartments.

    Features

    Each apartment includes central air, kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, and bedrooms and some will also include a half-bath within the bedroom. The living room has at least a large comfortable sofa and chair, a coffee table and two end tables. Each bedroom will be designed for either one or two residents and have a bed, desk with chair, dresser, and at least one closet for each person. Each apartment also comes with a sliding glass door that leads to a small patio in which the residents can enjoy the seasonal weather.

    The building also houses the Roof Garden which is a very spacious lounge that is used for some campus and building events that allows for a tremendous view of the city. A large laundry room is in the basement with card access for building residents. The ground floor is home to University Police and Safety as well as the Health and Counseling Center.
