Finegan Hall is a traditional style residence hall consisting of four floors. The building is co-ed with each floor being divided into male or female. Each floor is accessed through use of a key in which only the members of those floors have access to. The building is handicap accessible. There is a live-in staff member from the Office of Student Living as well as a Resident Campus Minister.
120 West 5th (West 5th and Peach Streets)
There are numerous lounge areas within Finegan Hall for student study and recreation. The lounge next to the building’s main lobby consists of a large screen TV, a billiards table, and different types of vending machines. There is lots of comfortable seating and tables for student gatherings. Each floor also has two lounges; one which is primarily set for a quiet study environment with tables, chairs, and sofas while the other lounge would also possesses a television.
Each room is a two-person room and is complimented with a bed, desk with chair, dresser, and wardrobe for each person as well as a University provided micro-fridge to be shared by both students. All rooms come with air conditioning
