If you are an international student interested in a work study position, the above link provides the regulations for the program. Please note: International students receiving funding from his/her home government are not eligible to participate in the Work Study/College Budget program.

Students interested in applying for an Off-Campus position must first complete the work study application as directed above at 'Apply For Work Study'. Once this application is submitted, there is another form that needs to be completed in the Financial Aid Office. We have the list of eligible Off-Campus sites in our office, which is needed to complete the Off-Campus Application. YOU MUST BE A PERMANENT PENNSYLVANIA RESIDENT AND BE ELIGIBLE FOR FEDERAL WORK STUDY TO APPLY FOR AN OFF-CAMPUS JOB.
*Incoming students interested in Summer Off-Campus work study in their home town should call the Financial Aid Office for specific instructions.
PAYROLL INFORMATION: As employees of the University, first time work study students are required to complete an I-9 and W-4 form for payroll purposes. The links below will take you to the forms and the instructions on how to complete them. You will need to print the forms, and follow the instructions to ensure they are completed properly. The completed forms must be submitted to the Human Resources Office in the Student Services building. You are required to have your social security card and a photo ID at the time you submit them.
