Kurt Hersch teaches management and entrepreneurship at Gannon University's Dahlkemper School of Business. Kurt also serves as Gannon's Entrepreneur in Residence as well as the Program Director for Gannon's Business Administration program. Kurt joined Gannon's faculty in 2007 after twenty years in the financial and technology industries working for large corporations such as IBM and The Chase Manhattan Bank as well as several technology start-ups. Prior to joining Gannon, Kurt was co-founder of TruLogica, an enterprise-class security software company located in Plano, TX, which was acquired by Hewlett-Packard in 2004. Throughout his career, his main focus has been on starting and building successful organizations and it is this experience that he brings to the classroom bridging classroom theory with real-world practice.
