Company Reimbursement Plan

If your employer offers a 100% tuition reimbursement program, you may defer the balance of your tuition until the end of the semester by making a $100 down payment. No interest will be charged. If your company offers a partial reimbursement program, you may defer your company's portion of the tuition. All tuition not covered by your employer is payable by the tuition bill due date. Forms are available in the Center for Adult Learning and Financial Aid.

To take advantage of this program, you must submit a signed company reimbursement form or school reimbursement form, your portion of the payment, and your signed tuition bill.

Note: The refund policy (described below) applies to the tuition charged for the term, not the deposit submitted.

Deferred Payment Plan

This is a deferred payment program available for students who would prefer to spread their payments out over the semester. The maximum amount considered for deferment is $2,500 (no less than $100.00 may be deferred per semester). A down payment of 25% or more of the unpaid balance is due at the time of registration. A $30.00 processing fee will be charged. Payments are due in three equal installments. Deferred payments may be arranged for the Fall and Spring semesters only by using the form on the reverse side of the bill, or in person in the Cashier's Office or the Center for Adult Learning.

Refund Policy

For 14 week semesters, a percentage of tuition charged will be refunded as follows: 100% during the first week; 80% the second week; 60% the third week; 40% the fourth week; and no tuition refund thereafter. For fees, 100% refund will be given during the first week; and no fee refund thereafter. For semesters less than 14 weeks, a percentage of tuition charged will be refunded as follows: 75% of tuition only will be refunded for courses dropped within the first five days of the start date of the course; and no refund thereafter. For students using deferment plans, the percentage of refund is applied to the amount of tuition charged, not the deposit paid. Gannon adheres to the Federal Refund Policy for all students who receive Title IV Federal Funds. If a student completely withdraws from the University within the first 60% of the semester, all or a portion of federal aid may be returned. These policies are outlined in the Federal Regulations and can be obtained by contacting the Financial Aid Office or the Department of Education.
