    Hailed as the "Tchaikovsky of the 20th Century", Canadian composer Marjan Mozetich's Concerto for Bassoon, Strings and Marimba has become a favorite among both audiences and performers alike. Featuring Glenn Einschlag, Principal Bassoon of the Buffalo Philaharmonic, along with works from Grieg, Part, Borodin and Shostakovich.

    For our season finale, the ECO is proud to present a vivid, new arrangement of Mahler's beloved Fourth Symphony, arranged for chamber orchestra.  Of Franz Schreker, an oft-overlooked composer, Gramophone writes; "His command of the orchestra is everywhere apparent, and cinematic, that is, moving and flowing, in the best sense of the word."
