School Nurse Certification

Overview

Students enrolled in the BSN program or who currently possess a BSN are eligible to apply for this certificate option. This certificate option is offered in conjunction with the School of Education.
Courses
- Foundations of American Education and lab (4 credits)
- Minority Groups (3 credits)
- School Nursing (4 credits)

Successful completion of the BSN degree, the courses listed above, and licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania are required prior to processing the forms for school nurse certification approval.
