Seventh Annual WILD Conference Set for April 30

The seventh annual Women In Leadership Development Conference
(WILD) will be held on Wednesday, April 30 at the Ambassador
Banquet and Conference Center in Erie.
Gannon University's Small Business Development Center (SBDC)
created WILD to emphasize the concept of women helping women
through knowledge, energy and passion.
Panel discussions at this year's conference will
include:
- Are you Ready: Succession Planning & Retirement
Planning,
- Hone Your Negotiation Skills,
- Leveraging On-Line Communications,
- Leading Effective Teams,
- Developing & Leveraging Professional Connections.
This year’s keynote speakers are Grace Killelea and Jayne Huston.
Killelea,
CEO and founder of Half the Sky
Leadership has more than 30 years of corporate human resources experience.
Killelea
works with CEOs, executives, and professionals to achieve
sustained business and personal success. She has delivered keynote addresses at
such events as ESPN’s Women’s Leadership Conference, the 2012 WILD
Conference, and the WithIT Conference.
Jayne Huston is the director of Seton Hill University's
e-Magnify, a United States Small Business Administration (US
SBA)-supported women's business center, where she is responsible
for strategic vision and administrative oversight.
