Tau Kappa Epsilon Reunion

Calling all Tau Kappa Epsilon alumni from classes 1966-1974, join us for a reunion weekend on Friday, July 18 and Saturday, July 19. A round of golf will probably be schedule for Friday and there will be a reception at The Knight Club, 162 W. Fourth St., from 6 - 11 p.m. The Gannon Alumni office has graciously offered the use of a meeting room and a lounge area in the Waldron Campus Center during the day on Saturday. They will also be conducting guided tours of the campus and the renovated TKE House. At night, there will be a reception and buffet dinner in the Yehl Ballroom from 6 - 11 p.m.

Spouses and significant others are invited as usual. For those that arrive in town on Thursday, there will probably be a meet up at a restaurant for food and beverages. On Sunday, a possible breakfast will take place. Additional details will be provided at a later date. The cost for the weekend is $85 per person. Return the registration form and your payment to J.D. Keys as soon as possible. You may make a complete payment of $85 per person or a partial payment, which will be credited to your account.

Following past policies, invitations are being sent only to those fraters who attended any of the five previous Reunion Weekends and those who had expressed an interest in attending, but could not due to scheduling conflicts or illness. As with the first five reunions, this is not a Gannon or TKE sponsored event. This weekend is for those of us who shared common bonds and times at school rather than all TKE alumni. With that being said, anyone who could not be found previously and is interested is welcome to attend.

It is very important that you make your hotel reservations as soon as you decide. "2014 Roar on the Shore" is scheduled for the same weekend, which attracts a huge number of motorcycle enthusiasts in Erie. It may be difficult to get your desired hotel accommodations if you wait too long. There is a possibility of getting a Gannon Alumni Reunion discount, but is not guaranteed.
