Performance Measures

  • Service learning is a university-required learning experience across all programs.  Dahlkemper School of Business Learning Outcome #10 states: 

    Students will understand the relationship between the firm and society through active participation in service. 

    The Dahlkemper School of Business has enthusiastically embraced this opportunity to develop closer ties to the Erie community, especially in Erie-GAINS neighborhoods.  The extent of student engagement with for-profit and not-for-profit organizations in this area is an important outcome.   

    In academic year 2011-2012,   112 students devoted 1292 hours to complete 13 projects in 5 courses for 11 different businesses/organizations.
