Admission Requirements

  • General Requirements

    • Completion of 16 academic units at the high school level, four of which must be English; remainder of units are to be comprised of social sciences, foreign language, mathematics and science.
    • Your academic course selection, grades, rank in class, guidance counselor recommendation and SAT/ACT scores will be carefully reviewed for admission consideration.
    • Demonstrate motivation and curiosity through interests and extracurricular activities.
  • Next-Step Requirements

    Transfer students with an associate’s degree in arts or science may be able to complete this major through Gannon’s Next–Step Program. Next–Step guarantees acceptance of up to 64 credits with grades of C or better and allows students to enter Gannon with junior level status.
