Carter Campbell is an experienced, inspirational speaker and facilitator. He demonstrates his expertise as a solution-provider for leadership, change and organizational development. Carter's customized solutions assist organizations in increasing their effectiveness and managing change.
Carter uses a blend of techniques developed to meet the needs of today's busy workplace. He knows that when organizations are considering opportunities, leaders must take into account return on investment, alignment with organizational goals, the quality of the work environment and service to stakeholders. Carter's 22 years in the rapidly changing workplace, enhanced by 14 years of facilitation, staff development and leadership coaching enable him to see the whole picture.
His experience guides organizations to avoid classic pitfalls and discover creative solutions. Carter has worked with Advancing Leaders programs in higher education since 2006 and has had the privilege of coaching higher education leaders at the Dean and Provost level. As a facilitator for personal and organizational effectiveness, Carter has guided groups in root cause analysis, strategic planning and process improvement. He assists teams in identifying and removing hidden barriers to performance-increasing productivity, return on investment, team member and stakeholder satisfaction.
The FranklinCovey Company recognized Carter as Facilitator of the Year in 2002 for his work in organizational development and effectiveness, and again in 2004 with the Abundance Mentality Award for his work with the community.
